Old Medwyn Mill offers a high standard of bed and breakfast accommodation. You can choose from either a twin-bedded or double ensuite room with thick walls and deep set windows. All bedrooms are well furnished with the comfiest of beds and hungarian goose-down duvets and the crispest white linen. The tea and coffee trays are generously laden with nice goodies. Afternoon tea is complimentary and served either in the garden summer house or in front of the big wood burning fire at the french windows depending on the season. Always on the menu too is a full Scottish breakfast or continental breakfast served from the wonderful Raeburn which ensures these are always succulent and delicious. Packed lunches are also available on request.
A variety of quality local eateries awaits within Carnwarth (1 mile) within Biggar and Lanark (10 minutes drive). The owners will be happy to reserve tables and advise guests.

Excellent fishing is available on the Clyde and Tweed with bikers being especially welcome as there is a network of cylcle routes available. Keen golfers are spoilt for choice too as within 15 minutes of Old Medwyn Mill there are at least six courses. The owners will be pleased to advise you on the courses as each one has it's own character.
