The unit includes a Sony 21" LCD Flat Screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and Radio/CD, clean towels and bed linen as well as free WiFi access.

In the kitchen in The Studio there is a full size oven, fridge, dishwasher, mircowave, as well as Royal Worcester crockery and pots and pants. In the utility room, guests have access to a washing machine/tumbledryer. The Studio also includes access to a garden area, with barbeque facilities and decked patio space with furniture.
