World of Wings in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire is Scotland’s largest bird of prey centre open to the public and hosts a wide collection including vultures, hawks, falcons, owls, parrots and eagles.


Fun Activities at World of Wings, Cumbernauld

Conveniently located in Cumbernauld, near Glasgow, World of Wings aims to educate visitors whilst providing a fun day out the whole family can enjoy, and is heavily involved in conservation and breeding projects.

Newly constructed in 2006, World of Wings provides falconry courses, school visits, educational talks, raptor food and falconry furniture. Visitors can get up close with this fascinating range of birds so don’t forget to bring your camera!

World of Wings is located within the high paced Cumbernauld Outdoor Activity Centre, perfect for those wishing to extend their visit and take part in some high adrenaline activities including 4x4 off road driving, paintballing and archery.
