Which is your distance? Choose your favourite now to enter and get set for September 9 - this year's date for the Cumbernauld 10k, at Broadwood Stadium.
This event is suitable for serious and recreational runners alike and, with fun runs for primary and senior school children too, there's something to involve the whole family. And there's still time to capture an Early Bird bargain entry if you act before 1 August. Or if you miss that deadline, don't worry, entry forms at standard fees will be accepted upto and including 30 August 2012!
Be on that Cumbernauld 10k start line and make sure the kids are involved too. There's a 1k for Primary 5,6,7s and a 3k distance for senior school years 1 to 4, and children can help their school win a shield for having the highest number of runners on the day.
These shields have been donated by two locally based charities; Scottish Spina Bifida Association (SSBA) and the Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments (SCCMI). Both charities rely on fundraising for their invaluable work with those affected, so please use the links for more information or if you'd like to help raise money on their behalf.
In addition to the fun runs there will be additional family activities at the Stadium to keep spectators, young and old, entertained during the course of the morning. This event has proved popular year on year, attracting increasing numbers of participants of all ages and abilities. So, note the date and join us on 9 September.
