Spring into Duathlon event is a 5km run/20km bike/5km run, the run will be held in the Hamilton Palace Sports Grounds with the bike being within Strathclyde Country Park on closed roads.

This event is open to all levels from beginners on a mountain bike to advanced athletes on a road bike.  The event is open to anyone aged 16 and over with fantastic t-shirts and goodie bags given to all finishers at the end of the race, what a great opportunity to make this your first even Duathlon experience.

The Transition area will be set at the side of the beautiful mausoleum with the start and finish in front of the mausoleum.
