“Lanarkshire has an excellent range of high quality visitor attractions including the iconic New Lanark World Heritage Centre and Summerlee Scottish Museum of Industrial Life. What’s more Lanarkshire is also home to several five-star attractions including Chatelherault Country Park, the National Museum of Rural Life and Low Parks Museum in Hamilton.

“There is wealth of interesting and exciting things to see and do which can’t be crammed into one day. Although the area is within easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh, an over-night stay can turn it into a cheap and quick getaway destination.”
