Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards are back for a 25th year

The Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards are back and businesses from across the area are being invited to apply.


Now in their 25th year, the awards are the highlight of the social calendar and give the Lanarkshire business community a chance to showcase recent successes and achievements.  


VisitLanarkshire will continue its support of the awards by sponsoring the John Brinkins Award for the Best Visitor Experience.This category is open to any Lanarkshire based business, irrespective of size, working in the tourism, leisure, or accommodation sectors.


Businesses which fit the bill and are committed to delivering excellent visitor experiences, could be in with a chance of winning the coveted title.  Those which demonstrate how their business contributes to the wider vision set out in the Lanarkshire Area Tourism Strategy will also earn extra Brownie points. 


Lanarkshire is a leading tourist area, rich with culture, award winning attractions and impressive destination venues, so the competition is set to be tough!


To help organisations craft a compelling entry, Business Gateway will be holding an Application Masterclass on Tuesday 24 October 2017 in the Atrium Business Centre, Coatbridge. Businesses are encouraged to come along to find out the secret to writing an award- winning application.
