All 50 bedrooms within Motherwell College have en suite facilities, PC & internet connection (that provides Freeview TV) and televisions. All the bedrooms within Motherwell College are also fitted out to a high standard with wardrobes, desk, and plenty of electrical sockets, and for your safety all rooms and communal areas have smoke alarms.

The residence has been designed to accommodate students with individual support and on the ground floor there are three specially adapted rooms for guests with physical limitations.
All bedroom levels have a kitchen & dining room, and all kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, fridge/freezers, oven & hobs, dishwashers and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Lounge facilities are also available, with plasma TV and comfortable soft furnishings.
Guest personal safety is extremely important to the College and the residency is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week
throughout t the year. This ensures that there will always be a member of staff available to provide assistance if and when required. Access is also carefully controlled through a door entry system, and the building and surrounding areas are covered by CCTV.
The College is centrally located and within easy reach of Strathclyde Country Park, M&Ds - Scotland's Theme Park, and all other local amenities.
